How long does it take to build a home?

It takes approximately five months from the day we dig the hole until the day you move in. We accomplish this by using Microsoft Project to schedule our homes and then we maintain our schedule.

When do you build?

We continue to build throughout the year. We just take different precautions and change some of our procedures to accommodate the "beautiful" Michigan weather.

How many homes do you do a year?

We will not start more than one home every three weeks. That gives us an average of 15-18 homes per year.

What is the price range of the homes you build?

We build homes from $150,000 to $750,000 and up. We use the same subcontractors in every home. So no matter your price range, our quality and craftsmanship remains consistent.

Will you use other subcontractors?

We entertain bids from other subcontractors at the homeowner request. The requirements are that the subcontractor be licensed and insured. We must have proof of both before the subcontractor can start the job.
